- trained communication skills with very good German and English knowledge,
- Willingness to travel and a valid one
passport - and a class B driving license.

- Your core task will be to strengthen our support team, which looks after our worldwide distributor and customer base.

- Experience in the field Order processing and sales Support (min. 3 years of experience
or completed studies industrial engineering) - For professional experience: completed
Study of Business Administration
or commercial/technical Vocational training - Enjoy dealing with people various departments of one Company, customers and production facilities worldwide
- Resolve challenges that arise
through project tracking/management - Strong communication skills
- Multilingual (German and English min. level C1, other languages such as Spanish is an advantage)
Your tasks at a glance:
- Acceptance of offers and orders pre-formulated by Sales for global customers and partners
- Check for completeness, feasibility, compatibility with regulations
open questions with sales, with the customer directly and with internal departments (development, support,
production etc.) - Contract management
- In the event of new requirements (e.g.: a product function must be created), follow-up project
- Interface to marketing
Workshop
Mechatronics engineer
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training

- Installation, maintenance and repair of in-house developments and components
- Create and define cable harnesses
- Building prototypes of new components
